What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have 2 Flat Rate Shipping Cost regardless quantity and destination: Postamail (€3,70) and Postapriority (€6,60).

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payments are processed through our Merchant 2Checkout. Accepted all the major credit cards and Paypal.




How long will delivery take?

According to Poste Italiane the delivery times in 85% of cases (excluding Saturdays and holidays) are:

POSTAMAIL: Europe, 8 working days. North America and Oceania, 16 working days. Rest of the world, 22 working days.

POSTAPRIORITY: Europe, 5 working days. North American countries, 9/10 working days. Countries of the rest of the Americas, Asia and Oceania, 14/15 working days.




How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Premiere Opera Italy does not retain your credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed by our payment gateway provider which provides a secure channel for payment processing. Any personal information retained by Premiere Opera Italy is for the purpose of processing and tracking your order. It will not be revealed, disclosed or passed on to any third parties.

What exactly happens after ordering?

All paid items are carefully packaged and shipped (in vinyl sleeve without jewel box to save money on shipping) within 15 working days via Poste Italiane. The order may be delayed if it’s particularly rare or hard-to-find.
