All paid items are carefully packaged and shipped in vinyl sleeve without jewel box to save money on shipping within 15 working days via Poste Italiane. The order may be delayed if it’s particularly rare or hard-to-find.
The product offered here is fully guaranteed to be replaced if defective or damaged.
Costumers can return back their orders within 14 days from delivery date. We only admit intact articles with the original packaging. Costumers will pay returning costs, except for a wrong or faulty order shipped from us. If the return reason is not for a wrong or faulty order shipped from us, we’ll only refund the amount corresponding to the articles value. The shipping costs will not be refunded.
Costumer has the chance of cancelling his order without additional cost, except if it has been already shipped. In this case, the costumer must wait to receive the order before start the returning process. If the order is cancelled when the order is already shipped, the costumer will pay the returning costs.
